Return & Refund Policy

At THCA Distro, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items (Flower and Distillates), we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Returns

• Consumable Products: For health and safety reasons, all sales of Flower and Distillate products are final. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive the wrong product or the item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

• Once we inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
