Return & Refund Policy
At THCA Distro, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items (Flower and Distillates), we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. Returns
Consumable Products: For health and safety reasons, all sales of Flower and Distillate products are final. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product or the item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label to [Insert Support Email].
3. Refunds
Once we inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
